HELP--FORM CHANGES GONE!!

I have been making a LOT of huge changes to my Bento DB. I BACKED IT UP, quite Bento, came back later and the changes are GONE. I restored from back up...they're not there either! However, the file size has increased. I don't know what is going on...I made so many changes I don't even remember what i DID. I use this database every day and need to find out what's going on QUICKLY!! Can someone help me ASAP????

Without seeing your database file, it is difficult to determine what may have caused the problem. Therefore, I would like to see your file. Check your Inbox at the top of this page for instructions where to send the file.

I received your files.
None of the files, including the backup files, contained a Library named "Perfectly Posh". Do you have any earlier backup files? Do the Libraries exist on the iPod touch?
