    Hi, I have now found "add sum in table view, but now I want to show the sum in form view. Can anyboby help?

      There is no summary information in form view.  You might try adding a related data field to the library that references the same library and then add all records to the field.  I think I recall reading that you can get the summary row to display there.  If I'm wrong about that then there's no other way to get sum data in form view.
